Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Such notice may be given by post to the address on our order confirmation form, or by email to our email address on the confirmation form.
If you decide to cancel and return your goods because you simply decided that you do not like them or have changed your mind, we must receive the goods back in a resalable condition in the original packaging as you received them. In these circumstances the onus is on the customer to return the item. Failure to do this will affect your refund accordingly. Goods will be inspected and if these conditions are not met a refund could be refused.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost. Please check the return address with us prior to doing this since some items may have to be returned to our suppliers.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds, in all cases, will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Faulty or damaged goods
Please inspect your goods on delivery.
Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Failure to do this will affect your ability to receive a refund.
In most cases we will either arrange pickup and replacement of the faulty/damaged goods, or replace the damaged/faulty part. We will inform you of our intention.
If Moza Shopping requests the return of faulty/damaged goods at the customer's expense then these costs will be refunded in full.
On receiving the goods they will be inspected and a refund could be refused if they are found not to be faulty.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds, in all cases, will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
