Deliveries
Goods from our website are delivered as quickly as possible and generally free of charge to addresses in mainland UK.
Some larger garden items, such as garden houses, swimming pools and sheds may incur some premium charges to some areas. We will contact you if this applies to your order and to make arrangements to collect the extra payment before the goods are dispatched.
We will always try to deliver products to you within the shortest possible time after receipt of your order. Moza Shopping standard stock items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours by first class recorded mail. Other couriers may be used depending on the product size and weight. A contact telephone number supplied with your order will aid transportation and delivery.
Some larger items have a longer dispatch time due to manufacturing or stock restrictions and may take up to 28 days or more to be delivered, but these details are generally shown in the individual item details on our web site. A delivery time will be advised in your order confirmation. If you decide that the delivery time is too long, we will be happy to cancel your order.
If you need delivery on a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to comply with your requirements.
Items can also be delivered outside the UK. Please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Deliveries are normally made between 8 am. & 6 pm. weekdays. We are unable to specify a time or give an estimate. For most deliveries, unless a specific delivery time has been given, if you are not at home a card will be left and you can contact the courier to re-schedule delivery. The courier must be contacted within 48 hours or the item will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge made to dispatch to you a second time.
If we are given specific delivery instructions, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with those instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
If a number of unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver an item and it is returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge for the return fee.
Heavy items
Some larger or heavy items may be delivered on a pallet or by pre-arranged delivery by truck. For health and safety reasons such items may only be delivered to the front of the property. It will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange the final position of the goods.
Pre-arranged delivery of larger items
When delivery schedules of large or heavy items are arranged with the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to be available to accept delivery at the appointed address, date and time. Failure to be available for these scheduled deliveries can incur considerable costs and an extra charge will be levied for any missed deliveries.
In some cases for larger items such as garden house structures, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange a team for offloading of bulky items. Items that require this are clearly detailed on our web site.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Please note
Please take extra care when opening packages to avoid damage to contents. For example, do NOT open packages with a knife as this can seriously damage the items inside. For self assembly items, always read the manual or instructions carefully before assembling the items and retain the instructions for future reference. Take full note of any warnings or safety instructions. For heavy items, garden buildings, swimming pools, etc., be sure that you place the items on a firm, level and suitable foundation. Swimming pools particularly, are very heavy when filled with water (one cubic meter of water weighs one metric ton) and ideally the pool should be placed on an appropriate concrete pad or similar solid and secure surface.
